Yin Yoga is a gentle, slow practice where floor poses are held for several minutes, allowing deep tension in the connective tissues, fascia, and joints to be released. It promotes flexibility, suppleness, physical and mental relaxation, stimulates energy flow, and calms the nervous system.

Sylvie rediscovered yoga almost 10 years ago, and quickly became interested in the philosophy behind it, and wanted to deepen her understanding of the whole of yoga. After years of practice with talented teachers, she decided to fly to India, where she completed her first certification in Hatha & Vinyasa. Passionate about the different styles of yoga, she continues to train in order to share a harmonious and respectful practice.
