Self-defense

The system of this workshop, called "Body Posture", is based on the very first behavior to adopt as soon as one feels in danger, from the simple discomfort to the aggression itself. It is based on principles of body posture, distance and some basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

It allows you to learn how to defuse aggression with a simple posture, to realize that to defend yourself is a decision, to develop your self-confidence in the face of aggression.

Agenda

To know

The self-defense class is open to anyone wishing to learn to react in case of aggression.
It is realized by workshop of 4 sessions. Registration is required in order to attend the workshop.
