Any person who becomes a member or any person or guardian representing a child who becomes a member of the asbl ‘Aorta Training Center’, undertakes to comply with the Internal Regulations and the General Conditions of the asbl ‘Aorta Training Center’.
The non-profit association Aorta Training Center is hereinafter referred to as Aorta TC.
Any person wishing to become a member must pay the registration fee (membership fee + insurance). Registration fees are annual and compulsory. The registration fee (membership fee + insurance) is non-refundable, non-suspendable and non-transferable to another member.
Registration fees are annual and compulsory before any practice. The sports season runs from the beginning of September to the end of June of the following year (start and end dates announced on the website for each sports season). If the student joins during the year, the registration fees will be prorated for the months remaining before the end of the sports season, in accordance with the table of fees defined by Aorta TC.

The amount of the subscription/package chosen must be paid directly on site or paid by bank transfer to the Aorta TC account. Membership fees depend on the type of subscription or package selected by the member. Prices are available on our website and in our sports hall.
Memberships and 10-entry cards are personal and may not be used by third parties.
Payment for the year is compulsory but can be made in 1 instalment or several consecutive months. The number of months is defined according to the subscription total. If registration is made in advance (before September), a deposit will be required.
In the event of non-payment, a written reminder will be sent. In the absence of payment or news within the following fortnight, Aorta TC reserves the right to no longer accept the student for lessons, without prior regularisation.
There are several options: single lessons, cards of 10 or subscriptions (1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months).
To take part in the course, you must be in good standing with your subscription. In the event of non-payment, Aorta TC reserves the right not to accept the student on the course.
Single lessons are valid on the day of purchase. No refunds are possible.
Payment for the subscription must be made in full. There is no possibility of paying in instalments.
Student rates are only valid on presentation of a student card for each person aged 26 or under.
Subscription holders (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) may pause their subscription only on presentation of a medical certificate for a maximum of 4 weeks per year.
Season tickets and 10-ticket cards are non-refundable and cannot be suspended. Purchasers of a 10-entry card or a season ticket (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) may cancel their purchase within 14 days, provided that the purchaser has not yet taken part in a course. The purchaser will be refunded in full, except for the registration fee. If you wish to cancel a purchase, please send an email to Aorta TC.
Aorta TC reserves the right to change the pricing of its subscriptions, packages and registration fees and will give advance notice where possible.
Opening times are displayed and may be reduced during the summer period. The club reserves the right to close its doors on public holidays, during building work, on holidays or in cases of force majeure.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, all members are asked to come to the tatami dressed in clean clothes with their fingernails and toenails trimmed. It is compulsory to be barefoot on the tatami and to wear shoes or flip-flops outside the tatami.
Members are responsible for keeping the centre clean and in the best possible condition. Carelessness with regard to rubbish and dirt, or even deliberate damage to equipment, will never be tolerated.
Members must remove all accessories that are unsuitable for their sport, such as watches, rings, earrings or ornaments that could present a danger to the member or their partner.
The member certifies that his/her physical and mental condition, as well as his/her overall state of health, allow him/her to engage in sporting activities and are not likely to alter his/her state of health, safety or physical condition. In the event of any doubt, the member undertakes to seek medical advice in order to confirm his/her fitness to take part in a sporting activity. It is not the responsibility of Aorta TC to have the member undergo a medical test of fitness for movement, or any other medical test intended in particular to determine the medical state of his or her physical condition.
.Pharmaceutical products will only be used in the event of injuries occurring within the centre. Personal care is the responsibility of the member.
Any accident must be reported the same day to the teacher. On simple request, an accident declaration form can be completed in order to proceed with the accident declaration, under penalty of losing all insurance cover. The insurance declaration must be completed and given to Aorta TC no more than 15 days after the accident.
If you are ill, stay at home and look after yourself.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Decree of 8 March 2001, the practice of doping is forbidden to any member during or outside sporting competitions.
It is also forbidden for anyone to incite third parties to the practice of doping, to facilitate it, to organise it or to participate in its organisation, in particular by possessing on the premises of sporting events or on the premises of sports training, by transporting them to them, by preparing, storing or transferring for consideration or free of charge, offering, administering or applying to an athlete the substances or methods referred to in Article 1, 7° of the Decree of 8 March 2011.
Any member using doping will be excluded from the centre.

Aorta TC provides changing rooms which are not subject to any specific supervision and declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the centre.
It is strictly forbidden to eat or drink on the tatami.
Only members of the asbl may enter the centre.
Members acknowledge that the management of Aorta TC has the right to exclude from the centre, without notice or compensation, any person whose attitude or behaviour is contrary to good morals, or who is known to be a nuisance to other members, or who does not comply with the internal regulations.
The copying and use of the Aorta Training Center logo and other publications related to the Aorta Training Center is strictly prohibited without our prior consent.
