Professor Rob Biernacki is a BJJ instructor on the cutting edge of conceptual teaching, cognitive learning strategies, evidence based skill acquisition methods.
He is known in the BJJ community as the creator of the BJJ Formula, Modern Leglock Formula, Cutting Edge Leglocks, NoGi Delariva Formula, Submission Formula, Grip Fighting & Kuzushi Formula, Arm Drag Formula, as well as the BJJ for Old Fucks instructional series.
As a black belt competitor at the regional level, he has won pretty much every tournament in the Pacific Northwest. At the international level he has won the ADCC Canada Open, the IBJJF American National NoGi Championship, as well as the IBJJF World NoGi Championship in his Masters Category.
