How does it work?

Coaching sessions can be conducted face-to-face in Brussels or by telephone/WhatsApp.
Languages include English, German, French or Dutch
The price is € 40 per hour.

The coach

Sebastian is a certified coach of the renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) since 2018 and black belt of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo with more than 25 years of experience on the mat. He is convinced that martial art is a powerful mirror of our inner lives and has the power to shape us as athletes as well as on a personal and professional level.
