The pilates method combines gentle exercises that strengthen the weak muscles and relax the muscles too tight taking into account the rhythm of the breathing, the alignment of the column, as well as the maintenance of a good general posture.
By focusing on the central muscles that participate in the postural balance and the maintenance of the spine, this method helps to rebalance the muscles of the body.
